For publishing intensive or e-commerce customers, we also offer a Website Support+ plan. In addition to regular support and maintenance, we’ll handle ongoing text and image changes, article uploads, product descriptions and search engine optimisation, so you can focus on growing your business while we take care of the details.
What does the Website Support+ Plan offer?
The Website Support+ Plan includes everything in the basic plan plus additional time for handling more frequent or complex updates, such as extensive content changes, product inventory updates, keyword tracking and detailed search engine optimisation. It’s ideal for businesses with evolving content needs or e-commerce platforms requiring ongoing management. This plan allows you to use your support time for consulting and strategy calls. This extra support helps you optimise your website’s performance and plan for future growth.
How is the support time measured?
Support time is measured in blocks of 15 minutes. This time can be used for updates to content, such as changes to texts, images, graphics or new additions. However, routine software updates and maintenance are included separately and do not count against your allocated support hours. In the Website Support Plan, you receive 2 hours of support each month, while the Website Support+ Plan provides 4 hours of support.
Can you work on our existing Website?
Absolutely, we can work on your existing website. First, we’ll review your current site and identify areas for improvement. If your website uses outdated technology or is not able to receive updates, we can suggest a brand-new design to meet modern standards. For sites that are in good shape but need adjustments, we offer our support packages to address updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. Our goal is to ensure your website remains effective, secure, and aligned with your business needs.
What if I need more support time than included in my plan?
If your working on a larger project and already know how many hours you will need visit our Work With Us page for a personalized quote. You can contact us for general inquiries, schedule a strategy session, or fill out our project planner form to provide details. We’ll be happy to give you a tailored estimate and walk you through the pricing process.
Are software updates included in the support time?
Yes, software updates and maintenance are included in your plan and do not count towards your allocated support hours. This ensures that your website remains secure and functional without impacting your support time.
What types of tasks are considered under the support hours?
Support hours cover tasks such as content updates, image changes, and minor modifications. Larger projects or significant changes may require additional time outside of the included support hours.
